Background
This work encapsulates the development of a campaign concepts designed to promote the launch of the Volkswagen Sales Academy Seminar. The brand strategy aimed to attract potential apprentice candidates interested in learning innovative automotive technologies at the companies state-of-the-art training facility. The messaging centered around the qualification interview process and was meant to spread across multiple channels to generate brand awareness regarding a future workforce growing their skills.
